Our Ninja training program is designed for athletes of all levels, from beginners to advanced competitors. Whether you're just starting your ninja journey or you're looking to refine high-level techniques, we have classes to help you build strength, confidence and the skills needed to tackle challenging obstacles. Progress at your own pace, master new skills and push your limits with specialized classes and expert coaching.
The Laché Skills class teaches the fundamentals of swing, release and catch techniques used to traverse obstacles. Focus on grip, body positioning, timing and smooth transitions from one obstacle to the next. This class is ideal for Ninja Level 1 participants or competition team members looking to improve their swinging abilities.
As you progress, you’ll work on longer and more complex lachés and efficient transitions between obstacles. Perfect for: Competition team members and Ninja Level 1 participants.

Staff approval required to move to Advanced Laché
For experienced athletes, Advanced Laché challenges you with complex sequences and high-level techniques. Refine your form with advanced swings, dynamic releases and precision landings. This class emphasizes power, control and adaptability; preparing you to tackle any laché sequence with confidence and skill. This is not a class for beginners or anyone new to the skill.
Appropriate for team members in their second year of competition team and seasoned teens/adults.
Requirements: Ages 10 and up

Train like a professional ninja with this comprehensive class that combines advanced skills and techniques. Simulating real ninja competitions, this class is ideal for athletes preparing for high-level challenges and competitions.
The Balance Class is designed for participants aged 6-14, catering to beginner and intermediate skill levels. This class focuses on refining balance, improving coordination, and enhancing body control through a series of carefully crafted drills and exercises. Participants will work on skills that improve navigating challenging obstacles like balance beams, bars and many other unstable surfaces. Emphasis is placed on developing strength, body control and confidence in a supportive and fun environment, making it an excellent foundation for advanced ninja training and obstacle course mastery.
